Morgan Stanley Dean Witter has hired Paul Brilliant, one of Credit Suisse First Boston's top telecoms analysts.

Brilliant spent six years at CSFB, most recently as a cellular analyst. He was part of the CSFB telecoms team that was ranked sixth by fund managers in the Reuters European Larger Company survey this year.
