Morgan Stanley strengthens Nordic franchise

Morgan Stanley led the Dkr1.9bn (€265m) sale of shares in Lundbeck, a pharmaceutical company, in its first Danish equity offer since 1987.

The last time the US bank was a bookrunner on a Danish issue was in May 1987. It led the Dkr406m sale of shares in Privatbanken, a financial services company, according to Dealogic, the investment banking research firm.
