Morley Fund Management, CGU's institutional investment management business, has made four new appointments to its executive board.

Martin Hall, head of fixed income at Norwich Union Investment Management (NUIM) since 1998, is to be head of institutional sales and marketing. Since joining NUIM, Hall has made in-roads with the consultants, developing institutional mandates.
