Law firm Morrison & Foerster has rehired Marcia Ellis, an M&A and private equity lawyer, as a corporate partner in its Hong Kong office. She advises clients on debt financing, private equity transactions and complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She left in 2008 to become chief legal officer for Asia at the DE Shaw group.
