Moscow bonds to benefit from Fitch upgrade

The City of Moscow, the first Russian borrower to tap the bond market since the country's financial crisis in 1998, has had its credit rating upgraded by Fitch, the international rating agency.

Fitch, which upgraded Moscow to B&#43 from B, cited the city's &quotstrong and dynamic local economy, excellent fiscal performance and decreasing debt burden&quot.
