MPs criticise use of NDAs to ‘silence victims’ of discrimination

Government shares select committee’s concerns over settlements of legal cases

Senior politicians have warned that companies’ widespread use of non-disclosure agreements when settling discrimination cases with employees is being used to “silence victims”, and have called on the government to act.
