MSCI, a provider of investment decision support tools, announced the latest change to its index business management team, with the appointment of Deborah Yang to lead the MSCI index business across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. Yang joined MSCI in 2001, most recently serving as managing director and head of client coverage for MSCI Asia ex Japan, based in Hong Kong.
