Napier Scott Executive Search, the niche capital market and private banking specialist, has appointed Marta Bollman-Brzozowska as a consultant for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Bollman, who will take charge of the EMEA markets, has joined from Principal Search, a London-based headhunter, where she focused on conducting searches in the emerging markets.
