Nasdaq unbundles services despite fee increase

Nasdaq, the US exchange currently battling for control of the London Stock Exchange, has removed services such as press release distribution from its proposed package for listed companies but is pressing ahead with plans to increase the cost of listing.

Nasdaq previously announced plans to increase the fees it charges listed companies to $30,000 (€23,145) from $24,500 for small companies and $75,000 to $95,000 a year for large companies.
