Bob Greifeld, chief executive of Nasdaq OMX, said the exchange was emerging from its Facebook problems and that it expected its new compensation plan for Facebook losses to help it move forward.

On a results conference call today, Greifeld highlighted the decision by Kraft Foods to move to Nasdaq from NYSE Euronext as the biggest switch in listings between the two exchanges.
