Neil Woodford’s flagship equity fund has halved in size in the last 18 months, according to the latest figures which lay bare the sizeable outflows at the once-superstar fund manager.

Assets managed by the Woodford Equity Income fund have slumped to a new low of £5.1bn — down from a peak of £10.2bn in May 2017 — data from Morningstar shows.
