One of Britain’s most prominent equity fund managers is considering launching a new fund.

Invesco Perpetual veteran, Neil Woodford, who left the company after a quarter of a century to set up his own asset management firm in 2014, has together with his management team at Woodford Investment Management been canvassing private investors and intermediaries to gauge interest for a new equity fund.
