Ernst & Young, the business advisers, has appointed John Harley from PricewaterhouseCoopers as corporate finance partner focusing on technology, communications and entertainment.

Harley will head the team and develop telecoms, technology and new media mergers and acquisitions opportunities in Europe. At PwC he was the head of information, communications and entertainment in corporate finance specialising in M&A practices.
