New Deutsche group targets special situations business

Deutsche Bank has created a special situations group within its global markets division to offer advisory and financing services to companies from a range of industry sectors.

The group, which will include teams in London and New York, will work with Deutsche Bank's corporate finance, securitised debt and integrated credit teams to target companies that are acquiring or divesting assets and companies with specific financing needs.
