Investec Group has appointed three staff members to its new organisational development team along with a new head of human resources.

Caryn Soloman, Valerie Bordelais and Rene Dembo have been recruited to spearhead the new global organisational development division. The new team will focus on the way in which organisational change within Investec is encouraged and managed.
