Rolf Breuer, Deutsche Bank's chief executive officer, has picked Axel Wieandt as a divisional head to oversee special projects.

Previously, Wieandt was a managing director responsible for marketing and distribution in Europe at Deutsche Asset Management Europe and Deutsche Asset Management International.
