Aberdeen Murray Johnstone's Nova Technology Fund has invested £350,000 (€585,399) towards a £1m funding package for Vibration Technology, a Glasgow-based manufacturer of cable-free seismic acquisition systems.
Other investors in the company include Yorkshire Fund Managers, who invested on behalf of the British Smaller Technology Companies VCT, and Generics AG. Vibration Technology is currently developing a patented, lightweight cable-free seismic acquisition system for use in land seismic surveys. The company will use the latest round of funding to develop the system and design of the product.
