Brenda Bates has joined Aon, the UK-based investment consultant, as head of corporate affairs from Gavin Anderson & Company.

In her new capacity, she will be responsible for building the Aon brand within the UK. She will report to Francis Marjoribanks, chief financial officer at the company.
