Clifford Chance has hired Diane de Mouy to join its Paris finance team as a partner. Previously a partner at the French firm De Pardieu Brocca Maffei & Leygonie, de Mouy started her career at White & Case in New York. Clifford Chance has also recently recruited Anthony Giustini as a partner in its Paris finance team. The law firm has been actively building up its Paris practice this year. In February, it hired Dominique Bomboint from Bredin Prat, one of the leading law firms in French M&A.
