Euronext has promoted Martine Charbonnier to executive director of listing replacing Dominique Leblanc, who has moved to Viel & Cie, the French broker.

She will be responsible for the listing departments in Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels, and will also be part of the executive committee of Euronext. Charbonnier joined Euronext in 1984 and was most recently the director responsible for listing and issuer relations. Her appointment is subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities.
