News in brief: Swiss exchange rolls out disclosure

The Swiss Stock Exchange has passed regulations on disclosing executive share transactions.

Under the rules, which apply from next July, directors and senior executives must report to the company any transactions that exceed SFr100,000 (€64,000) in a calendar month. The company must disclose the name and function of the individual to the exchange within two days.
