Fitch has warned that Croatia's positive credit outlook could be undermined by the European Union's decision to delay the country's accession agenda. The decision was made because Croatia failed to hand over former army general Ante Gotovina, an alleged war criminal, to an international tribunal. The rating agency described the delay as a setback for Croatia.
