NIBC launches Europe's second cash infrastructure CLO

NIBC, the Dutch investment bank that is owned by a consortium of investors led by buyout firm JC Flowers, has issued a €1.1bn ($1.7bn) structured credit product that invests in infrastructure sector debt, paving the way for further deals in the niche market.

NIBC has launched a collateralised loan obligation, an instrument that pools different types of loans, to invest in project finance.
