Nomura Holdings has hired 15 senior investment bankers in the US as the Japanese bank looks to restart international growth in the Americas.

Over the last year, the bank has hired 12 managing directors and three executive directors for a number of its divisions such as mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, retail, health care and technology.
