Nomura International has hired Andres Gasser as a director in its debt capital markets origination team as the firm continues to build up its capital markets business.

Gasser will be responsible for the origination of all debt capital market products for financial institutions and states in Germany. He will report to Stefano Ghersi, head of international capital markets, and Peter Michel, head of debt capital markets for Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
