Nomura International has hired two directors for its European technology corporate finance team from Broadview International, in the latest blow for the struggling niche technology bank.

The two appointments come just weeks after the departure of Victor Basta, the head of Broadview's non-US business, and the collapse of talks with UBS Warburg about buying the boutique.
