Nomura has cut half a dozen bankers in its continental European offices as part of a broader cull of dealmakers within its global businesses.

The Japanese bank trimmed its dealmaking teams in Amsterdam, Paris, Milan and Madrid, according to people familiar with the matter, with around six bankers departing as part of a broader set of cuts across its investment bank.
