Nordic Capital is the latest of a handful of private equity firms to hire an investment banker, as it takes on Christian Dyvig, who led the M&A team at Morgan Stanley's Frankfurt office.

Dyvig will lead Danish investments from the Copenhagen office, as Nordic Capital looks to invest its €1.5bn ($1.6bn) fund raised last year. He will be the seventh partner in the firm.
