Norton Rose, the corporate law firm, has hired its third debt capital markets partner in four months to rebuild a structured finance team after four partners and four associates resigned.

Sandrine Sauvel will join Norton Rose in January from rival Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she was a senior associate in the securitisation and structured finance group.
