Nest rival chooses custodian

Now Pensions, the Danish rival to the UK new workplace pension scheme, has chosen BNY Mellon to take care of its custody arrangements

The world's largest custodian has been chosen to provide custody services for the Danish-owned rival to the government's new workplace pension scheme.

Now Pensions, the UK arm of Denmark's largest pension fund, ATP, was established in November last year. BNY Mellon, which with $26.6 trillion in assets under custody is the largest custodian in the world, will take care of the custody and administration for the multi-employer scheme.
