For the third year in a row, private equity firms and hedge funds in the UK have failed to increase the percentage of female partners in their ranks, according to law firm Fox & Partners.

Fox’s 2019 research — which looked at the entire population of partnerships regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority — revealed that women make up only 14% of senior employees.
