Numis Securities' corporate broking desk has been given a pinch and a punch on the first day of the month.

UK-listed ICG Enterprise Trust said in a statement on November 1 that it had replaced its corporate broker JP Morgan with Numis. But on the same morning, the global recruitment firm Harvey Nash named Panmure Gordon as its broker. A spokeswoman for Harvey Nash said Panmure had replaced Numis.
