Numis founder Oliver Hemsley has sold a quarter of his stake in the stockbroking and corporate finance house for more than £5 million.
Hemsley, who stepped down as chief executive of Numis on September 1, becoming an executive director while colleagues Alex Ham and Ross Mitchinson took over as co-CEOs, sold 2.36 million shares in Numis on January 17, the company said in a statement the following day.
