UK stockbroker Numis Corporation has announced the departure of two senior executives who have worked at the firm for over a decade, including its chief financial officer.

Numis said today that CFO Simon Denyer will step down from its board in January 2018 after more than 11 years with the firm to "pursue other opportunities".
