The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has scheduled hearings in June to review its corporate governance policies, in a sign that it wants to address the issues soon.

The exchange, under fire over recent weeks for its corporate governance standards, will hold internal discussions led by a newly-formed special governance committee.
