NYSE Euronext has brought in Finbarr Hutcheson as executive vice-president of global OTC services, reporting directly to Duncan Niederauer, chief executive. Hutcheson takes up his appointment on July 1 and will work closely with market users to develop new services to support the global OTC markets in response to regulatory reform. He spent over 15 years with Goldman Sachs, most recently being responsible globally for Business Development in the Goldman Sachs Futures Services.
