Intermediate Capital Group, the UK-listed mezzanine debt provider, has hired the finance director of the private equity-owned company that advised on environmental aspects of London's successful Olympic bid.

Philip Keller, finance director at Environmental Resources Management since July 2000, will join Intermediate as chief financial officer in September.
