Omgeo, the post-trade firm, has named three new members to its board of managers. They are Edward Hazel, global co-head of securities operations at Goldman Sachs; Richard Taggart, head of the State Street North American investment manager services business; and Susan Cosgrove, managing director and general manager of settlement and asset services at DTCC. They replace outgoing members John Devine, formerly of Threadneedle Asset Management, Peter Johnston of Goldman Sachs, and Donald Donahue, formerly of DTCC.
