OMHex, the new company formed by the merger of Sweden's OM Group and the Helsinki Stock Exchange, has disposed of its Edinburgh-based software unit.

Alastair Chisholm, former general manager of the securities finance business at OM, has led a management buyout to take control of the unit's securities finance and settlement software and clients. The business will be renamed 4Sight Financial Software and will employ 15 Edinburgh-based staff.
