OMHex, the Nordic exchange operator, has appointed Kristina Schauman, former head of the corporate finance department at Investor, the investment vehicle for Sweden's wealthy Wallenberg family, as its new chief financial officer.

Schauman, who has been head of treasury at OM since February, will start in November when current chief financial officer Per Nordberg, leaves to become executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sandvik, the high-technology, engineering group.
