Independent advisory firm Ondra has brought in a Lazard banker of 15 years to its London office – its third senior hire in recent weeks after recruiting former JP Morgan and UBS bankers in September.

Oliver Ives joined Ondra on October 10 as a senior banker in its London office, the firm confirmed. He will focus on the industrials and defence sectors as well as more general corporate finance deals.
