Open Book, an online bond syndication system, could be on its way to Europe, according to the system's developers.

Open Book was developed by Mike Evelyn and Robert Goldberg in association with WR Hambrecht, the San Francisco-based investment bank that launched Open IPO last year, a system for online share placement.
