Over 450 firms from 21 sectors, including HSBC and Citi, have signed up to take part in the #10000BlackInterns initiative, totalling 1,000 paid internships in the summer of 2022.

The initiative, launched in October, comes as the City is forced to reconsider its role in promoting ethnic diversity internally and externally.
