P&O, the global cruise company, has confirmed  its plans to go ahead with demerger plans and announced the lead manager and syndicate team for a UK and US dual listing.

JP Morgan will lead manage the demerger of P&O Princess Cruises, the cruise liner part of P&O's business, in a move that will see P&O tidying up its corporate structure. P&O Princess Cruises will have a joint listing on the London and New York stock exchanges.
