PAI makes third exit this year

The Paris-based buyout firm has sold French loan insurance broker Compagnie Européenne de Prévoyance to JC Flowers

PAI Partners’ sale of a French loan insurance broker is set to bring the amount of capital that the firm has returned to investors to €1.75bn in the last 12 months, including more than €1.5bn since the beginning of January, a person close to the situation said.

The Paris-based buyout firm has agreed to sell Compagnie Européenne de Prévoyance to US financial services focused private equity house JC Flowers after six years of ownership.
