A massive new leak of financial data has revealed how the world’s ultra-rich move trillions of dollars through offshore tax havens, and has raised new questions about the finances of top members of the Trump administration, MarketWatch reports.
The leak, known as the Paradise Papers, comes more than a year after the Panama Papers, for which the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists won a Pulitzer Prize for exposing offshore banking practices of the world’s elite.
