Partech International, the technology venture capital firm with offices in Paris and San Francisco, has hired Katy Caldwell as vice president responsible for international business development.

Caldwell will be based in Paris, where she will work with the firm's US and European portfolio companies to help them expand their market across borders within Europe and develop their transatlantic growth strategies.
