Partners Group, the Swiss alternatives manager founded by three ex-Goldman Sachs bankers, has doubled its assets under management in the past year and a half, after boosting them by more than a quarter in the first six months of 2007.
Partners, which was set up a decade ago by Marcel Erni, Alfred Gantner and Urs Wietlisbach and floated in March last year, said today it added Sfr4.7bn (€2.8bn) in assets in the first half of the year. However, the company warned that asset inflows will slow to a "more moderate growth pace" in the rest of this year.
