Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, the US law firm, will open its second European office in the autumn.
The firm already has an office in Paris. The new office will open in London, and will be set up by six lawyers from the New York office, including Mark Bergman, head of Paul, Weiss' securities group David Lakhdhir, a senior mergers and acquisitions and private equity lawyer who previously headed the firm's Tokyo office and Richard Mitchell, a securities counsel.
