In the age of tiny technologies it is still necessary to lug around a laptop, but not for much longer

Once upon a time the term "mobile telephone" was, like "military intelligence", a bit of an oxymoron, since lugging one around required the fitness of a hardened infantryman.

Now tiny technology is the norm, thanks to manufacturers such as Nokia and Ericsson cramming ever more features into smaller and smaller spaces.
